სამომავლო პოლიტიკა
გავრცელებულია ისეთი აზრი, რომ ანტიბიოტიკებისადმი სულ უფრო მზარდ რეზისტენტობასთან ბრძოლის ერთადერთ საშუალებას ახალი, უფრო ეფექტური წამლების შექმნა წარმოადგენს. “სუპერმიკრობის” დამმარცხებელი “სასწაულ-წამლისკენ” რბოლა გვაშორებს რეალობისაგან. რეალური გადაწყვეტა კი იმაში მდგომარეობს, რომ გამოვრიცხოთ არასათანადო მოხმარება. როგორც ერთ-ერთი გამოკვლევის ავტორებმა დაასკვნეს, “იმის მაგივრად, რომ დავამარცხოთ ან წინასწარ ვაჯობოთ რეზისტენტობას, მისი თავიდან აცილების ამოცანა უნდა გახდეს ანტიბიოტიკების მოხმარების შეზღუდვა” [170].
რა თქმა, ახალი წამლების დიდი რაოდენობის არსებობა ვერ შეცვლის მათი გამოყენების პრაქტიკას…
მსოფლიო ჯანდაცვის ორგანიზაციის ექსპერტთა კომიტეტმა ძირითადი სამკურნალო წამლების (რომელიც მოიცავს 16 ანტიბიოტიკს) ჩამონათვალის დამატებად წამოაყენა წინადადება, რომ შეიქმნას ანტიბიოტიკების “სარეზერვო ჩამონათვალი”, რომელშიც, შესაძლოა, შევიდნენ მესამე თაობის ცეფალოსპორინები, ხინოლონები და ვანკომიცინი. ეს ანტიბიოტიკები, თუმცა კი ეფექტურნი არიან ინფექციების დიდი რაოდენობის მიმართ, არ გამოდგებიან შეუზღუდავი მოხმარებისათვის ან კიდევ იმიტომ, რომ აუცილებელია მათდამი რეზისტენტობის რისკის დაწევა, ან მაღალი თვითღირებულების გამო [172].
სამოქმედო რეკომენდაციები
1. მკაცრად უნდა შეიზღუდოს ისეთი ანტიბიოტიკები, როგორებიცაა ქლორამფენიკოლი ან პეროარლურად მისაღები მეომიცინი, რომელთაც გააჩნიათ არამარტო სერიოზული პოტენციური რისკი, არამედ ერთი ან ორი სასარგებლო ჩვენებაც. ყველგან, სადაც კი ამის შესაძლებლობა არსებობს, აუცილებელია წამლების საერთო ბაზრიდან მათი ამოღება; ისინი უნდა დაინიშნონ ისეთი სპეციალისტის მიერ, რომელსაც მათი პოტენციური რისკი კარგად აქვს გათვითცნობიერებული.
